Skilled surgical management of gynaecologic conditions, including minimally invasive (Laparoscopic) procedures to achieve safe effective outcomes and faster recovery.

I am careful not to dismiss or override your concerns. My aim is to offer knowledgeable assessment and individually tailored management, working with you through this stage so you can maintain your sense of self and autonomy. You are supported to make informed choices about your gynaecological health.

Gender inclusive care

I encourage trans people with female anatomy to keep up with important health checks, and I am proud to offer gender affirming hysterectomy in a safe and supportive clinic here in Auckland. My focus is on making every person feel respected and understood, no matter their gender identity. If you are considering a gender affirming hysterectomy or have questions about your gynaecological health, please know that you’ll be listened to. Everyone deserves care that matches their unique needs, and I am ready to help you make choices that fit your journey, maintaining your dignity during the process.

Contraception

I have thorough knowledge of all contraceptive methods, including implants, pills, IUDs, depo injections, and both long- and short-acting options. I recommend contraception based on your family planning goals, menstrual needs, personal preferences, and medical history. My aim is to make discussing reproductive health comfortable and straightforward. I offer clear advice based on up-to-date information, on effectiveness, side effects, and what to expect. Consultations are private and non-judgemental. If you have questions about starting, changing, or stopping contraception, I am available to talk you through your options. I help you sift through the many anxiety provoking myths so you can make informed decisions.

Why I started this practice

I opened my gynaecology practice in Auckland in 2023. I have always enjoyed caring for women and believe strongly in advocating for their health. I take pride in supporting wahine across Aotearoa, helping to solve medical concerns while also making people feel confident and heard. My aim is to make expert gynaecological care more accessible, especially in a system where GPs often decide access to specialists.
